This poem, "The Anatomy of Peace," captures the essence Purble Place of mindfulness and presence. It reminds us to focus on our breath and live in the present moment, finding peace within the simplicity of inhaling and exhaling.

Such a wonderful poem. Really interesting and relatable. Please don't stop writing. Your gift moves me. So very happy to be able to see you speak your poetry and see your smile of contentment at the end, which made me feel very connected to you, kindred spirit.

For me, The Anatomy of Peace is among the best poems in the world. Of course, there are quite a few "bests" going out in a world like this. Most of them set down in languages neither of us could read. Just the same though, just the same -- "Anatomy...." is one of the best.

Let's here it for meditation, which in my eyes your poem calls for. The zen form, where I just sit and try to think of nothing for a while.
